Coffee & Smoke Grilling Rub
Texas is famous for its BBQ from thanks to so many different people who lived and settled in this big state. Cattle drives sealed the deal for the famous beef brisket and ribs BBQ that we loved in Houston, Dallas, New Braunfels and San Antonio.
So we transported ourselves to the Lone Star State when we concocted our own version of the famous cowboy BBQ rub with ancho chile pepper, pasilla chile pepper, espresso coffee, sweet smoked paprika, dark brown sugar, applewood smoked sea salt, dry mustard, black pepper, oregano, coriander, and a dash of warm ginger. You'll experience this complex blend with every taste bud.
We like it best rubbed with olive oil or unsalted butter into the beef. Try one rounded tablespoon for each pound-ish of meat.
