Fall River Salmon & Seafood Grill Rub

This popular blend contains a touch of cumin and bay leaf as an homage to the Portuguese fishing industry based in Fall River, Massachusetts for generations.  It's designed for salmon, fish, shrimp and other seafood and it's equally yummy on chicken and pork.  Pure granulated honey adds light sweetness to onion, garlic, dill, parsley, orange peel, lemon peel, California sweet paprika, ginger, ground oregano, pink Himalayan salt, black pepper, nutmeg, cumin and bay leaf. 

Rub about 1 tablespoon for each pound before grilling or roasting.
