Fear the Reaper Hot Chile Blend

This fiery blend is one of our hottest!  Carolina Reaper chile pepper checks in at right around 2 million Scoville units -- compare that with 30,000 - 60,000 Scoville units for fresh jalapeno peppers. We add habanero chile and then give this high heat real depth with garlic, onion, smoky roasted morita chile, Sandia chile from New Mexico, and alderwood smoked sea salt.

Use it as a rub, a marinade and a seasoning wherever you'd like a flavorful kick in the taste buds.
