It's Piri Piri Nice Hot Chile Blend

We found the piri piri chile and knew we needed to make a chile blend to feature it. This complex seasoning works on any dish or grilled meats that need a bit of chile pepper heat with the warmth of ginger and cardamom. This is a special blend. We created it from piri piri chile pepper, garlic, oregano, California paprika, smoked sweet paprika, onion, cardamom, ginger, coriander, marjoram, Korean chile, lemon peel, pink Himalayan salt, cinnamon and black pepper.
