Apple & Cherry Wood Smoked Sea Salt Rub

A rub doesn't have to be complicated to be good. Let's talk about our smoked sea salt rub. We wanted to create a smoky and slightly fruity blend that would go a long way on the grill and in the smoker. Then we sprinkled it over popcorn and rimmed a few tequila cocktails -- and we were hooked. We have a few customers who top their homemade chocolates with it for a sweet, salty, smoky taste treat.

It's just the right combination of applewood smoked sea salt, cherrywood smoked sea salt, and pure sea salt.
