Fennel-Thyme French Sea Salt Grind
This grind combines two classic Mediterranean herbs that work together wonderfully on chicken and other meats, vegetables, and salads. We mix thyme, French grey sea salt, fennel seed, and a touch of pink Himalayan salt in grinder to release the flavor when you want it.
As a marinade, blend one (1) tablespoon with 4 oz. of olive oil, then rub into meats and wrap tightly in plastic wrap or bag for at least an hour.
