It's All Greek to Me Seasoning
We love this blend for so many reasons! We sprinkle it over vegetable dishes, whisk it into salad dressings, and use it as a marinade and rub on lamb (think Greek cuisine!), fish, steaks on the grill, poultry, pork and burgers. It's a wonderful blend of herbs and warm spices to create a Mediterranean flavor blend.
To make our own Greek-style mix, we blend garlic, oregano, onion, dill, basil, marjoram, parsley, rosemary, thyme, black pepper, pink Himalayan salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
