Our traditional blend has plenty of burn and flavor for grilled or baked jerk chicken, pork, and other meats.
We blend Scotch bonnet chiles with garlic, onion, thyme, ginger, sweet paprika, granulated honey for a bit of sweetness, allspice, chives, nutmeg, and a touch of pink Himalayan salt, black pepper, cumin, and cinnamon.
