Kansas City Here I Come Rub

So, we think we've traveled to most of the great BBQ centers of our country. Kansas City is one of them -- thanks to an extended business trip to this BBQ mecca. We fell in love with the which is perfect on steaks and chops, and also on poultry and pork, too. And don't forgot to marinade wings and sprinkle it on corn-on-the-corn.  

We make our version of this iconic rib with onion, brown sugar, oregano, paprika, smoked paprika, alderwood smoked sea salt, red pepper flakes, black pepper, mustard, allspice, ginger, Worcestershire powder, celery seed, and nutmeg.
