So, we think we've traveled to most of the great BBQ centers of our country. Kansas City is one of them -- thanks to an extended business trip to this BBQ mecca. We make our version of this iconic rib with onion, brown sugar, oregano, paprika, smoked paprika, alderwood smoked sea salt, red pepper flakes, black pepper, mustard, allspice, ginger, Worcestershire powder, celery seed, and nutmeg.
