Mexican Mojo Salt-Free Dip Mix & Dressing
Make chili, fajitas and huevos rancheros! Season pizza, burgers, shrimp and fish too! We make our salt-free Mexican Mojo Dip with onion, red bell pepper, garlic, cilantro, oregano, chili flakes, cumin, smoked sweet paprika, coriander and nutmeg.
Salad Dressing: Mix 2 TB with 8 oz. olive oil & vinegar. Adjust to taste.
Dips: Mix 2 TB with 1 Cup of sour cream or yogurt. Adjust to taste. Allow to blend for 30 minutes before serving.
Marinade: Mix 1 TB with ½ Cup Olive Oil. Rub into meat or seafood before grilling, roasting or frying. Add to your favorite bread crumbs for a delicious coating for chicken, pork and fish.
