Smoked Molasses BBQ & Grill Rub
We love this blend on chicken, pork loin and ribs, steak, and corn-on-the-cob. We decided to create a rub with the full-bodied sweetness of molasses and brown sugar that you'll want to put on just about anything that goes on the grill or the roasting pan.
Morita chile pepper, New Mexico chile pepper and dark chili powder add serious smoky depth. Here's what else we put in it: Roasted garlic, smoked sweet paprika, onion, smoked alderwood sea salt, orange peel, and a touch of hickory smoked sea salt.
