Some Like it REALLY HOT Chile Grind
A customer dared us to rachet up the heat level on our Some Like It HOT Chile Grind -- so we did! We started with habanero chile pepper (that's about 250,000 Scoville heat units and jalapeno chile pepper (add another 25,000 Scovilles),then add garlic, onion, chile de arbol (25,000 Scovilles), Korean chile pepper (2,000 Scovilles), chipotle chile pepper (7,500 Scovilles), smoked hot paprika for depth, and a touch of pink Himalayan sea salt.
It's amazing in chiles, on burgers and steaks, and chicken wings. Try it in your next red pasta tomato sauce for a zippy spin on a Fra Diavalo sauce.
