We make our Spicy Sriracha Chile Seasoning from garlic, onion, granulated honey, sriracha chile, red bell pepper, Sandia chile, serrano chile, sweet paprika, sea salt, New Mexico Lumbre chile, oregano, coriander and a dash of cumin. The honey adds a welcome touch of light sweetness that balances the heat and savory notes so well.
