Viva Italy! Italian Dip & Dressing Mix
Use this classic Italian mix to make dips, olive oil bread dipping blends, and as an addition to Italian sauces and marinades. We blend it from dried tomatoes, onion, basil, garlic, red bell pepper, oregano, parsley, marjoram, crushed red pepper and a touch of pink Himalayan salt.
Make meatballs, sauces and soups! Season pizza, pasta, vegetables & salads!
Salad Dressing: Mix, to taste, with 8 oz. olive oil & vinegar. Adjust the oil to vinegar ratio to suit your own tastes.
Dips: Mix contents with 1 cup sour cream or yogurt. Allow to blend for 30 minutes before serving.
Marinade: Mix 1 TB with ½ Cup Oil. Rub into meat or seafood before grilling, roasting or frying.
