Curry It Up! Oven & Air Fryer Coating Mix

Looking for an Asian flavor for your baked or fried foods?  Try our Curry up & Fry! organic corn meal coating mix.  We blend 100% organic corn meal with coriander, turmeric, mustard, cumin, cinnamon, cardamom, fenugreek, red pepper flakes, ginger, and a touch of black pepper. This blend perks up meat, fish, shrimp, tofu and veggies in a no-so-everyday way. We take the curry blend that we use in our popular Coconut Curry seasoning -- but without the unsweetened coconut. 

When we cook with this mix, sometimes we'll add back the unsweetened shredded coconut in for a delicious twist on shrimp, chicken, pork and tofu. Yum!

Choose salt-free or lightly salted with a dash of pink Himalayan salt. They're both gluten-free.

To use, coat the meat or veggies in a baggie or by hand. For best results and a gluten-free treat, don't pre-coat with flour. This mix is all you need!
