Add a little bit of "Little Italy" when you bake or fry chicken, eggplant, zucchini, pork chops, and other foods. Our Italian Kitchen flavor is made with 100% premium organic corn meal, oregano, basil, garlic, sweet red bell pepper, green bell pepper, parsley, thyme, marjoram and black pepper. It's gluten-free!
Choose salt-free or lightly salted with a dash of pink Himalayan salt.
To use, coat the meat or veggies in a baggie or by hand. For best results and a gluten-free treat, don't pre-coat with flour. This mix is all you need!
