Chimichurri Cuban Grilling Rub
This blend is our take on the classic Cuban steak rub. And it works on more than just steak! Try it as a dry rub or olive oil marinade on poultry, pork and burgers, too. Some of our customers toss it in with their veggies and use it as a topping over potatoes and salads.
We start with fragrant herbs like oregano, basil, parsley, thyme, savory and bay leaf, then blend in garlic, smoked sweet paprika, black pepper, onion, crushed red pepper, and a pinch of pink Himalayan salt.
