Roasted Garlic Sea Salt
We take the time to make a really garlicky sea salt that is a delicious garnish on everything from garlic bread to wings to veggies to baked potatoes.
The garlic in our sea salt infusion comes from local farms in Massachusetts and Connecticut. The farmers select a variety of strongly flavored garlics to maximize the taste. After roasting the garlic with olive oil, we hand-blend with sea salts and dry it for up to four days before bottling.
