Savory Maple Oven & Air Fryer Coating Mix

We make our Savory Maple mix from 100% premium organic corn meal, small batch maple sugar from New England, sweet paprika, onion and garlic. A touch of mild ancho chile pepper gives this delicious blend a roasted flavor that goes so well with the sweetness of the pure maple sugar.

Choose salt-free or lightly salted with pink Himalayan salt. They're both gluten-free!

We especially love this mix on pork, chicken and cauliflower!  Try it mixed into beef and turkey burgers for a delicious twist.

To use, just coat the meat or veggies in a baggie or by hand. For best results and a gluten-free treat, don't pre-coat with flour. This mix is all you need!
