Memphis Kickin' Oven & Air Fryer Coating Mix

This one is addictive!

For a little sweet and a little heat, dredge fish, shrimp, chicken, turkey, pork chops, tofu and veggies in this delicious mix that will transport you to Beale Street. We start with 100% premium organic corn meal then add brown sugar, pure cane sugar, garlic, onion, sweet paprika, dark chile powder, red chile flakes, black pepper, and a touch of cayenne, white pepper and mustard for that authentic Memphis flavor.  It's gluten-free!

Choose salt-free or lightly salted with a dash of applewood smoked sea salt.

To prepare, coat the meat or veggies in a baggie or by hand. For best results and a gluten-free treat, don't pre-coat with flour. This mix is all you need!
